1. Take a well Balanced Diet
2. As usual the treatment of cancer consists of Surgery, Radium treatment and chemotherapy. The choice of treatment depends on the size, extent and the type of cancer and the general health of the patient.
Treatment is simple and almost 100% effective.
a. Surgery with removal of the entire thyroid is the most common treatment.
If there is spread to the lymph nodes of the neck , these nodes are also removed.
b. Radiation treatment may be done using external x-ray radiation to the thyroid cancer with or without surgery.
Radioactive iodine can also be taken by mouth..
c. Chemotherapy may be given if the cancer does not respond to surgery or radiation and has spread to other parts of the body.

Yet it happened to one of my clinic assistant.

It wasn't very well written. I assume English is not the author's native language. But it was understandable, simple, fairly concise though there was some repetition. I'd recommend it as starter material.
