Books like this are needed to awaken the Iranians. I truly believe Iran and may be the whole Middle East would have been in much better situation today if during Shah's time they would have taught the real history about Islam in schools. Those who don't know the history are doomed to repeat it. If Iranians knew about all the atrocities that took place in the name of Islam in our country and if they knew what happened to our ancestors who resisted the Arab campaign maybe Iran could have diverted from repeating the 1979 mistake. Let's hope this book is the beginning of a movement to teach the real history of Islam to Iranians. I believe it is our duty to put an end to the lies published by Muslim clerics about how Iranians converted to Islam with open arms. I really would like to see this book on silver screen. The whole world needs to know how Islam spread to other nations.

A great and engaging book to read blending the facts and the fiction.

What a fascinating blend of quasi fact and fiction. Once you start, cannot put it down until you finish. The author has portrayed a powerful knowledge of the middle east culture, the old world religion of Islam, the new world knowledge of nuclear science/engineering, space travel, and the currently number one public university in the world. The story is engaging and well written. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is a after a good book to read.
